With over 18 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork, rehabilitation massage and advanced manual therapies, Martine has developed a unique approach that blends evidence-informed practice with traditional therapeutic techniques. Her treatments are designed not only to relieve pain and tension but to restore movement, improve tissue health and support the body’s natural recovery processes.

In recent years, Martine has developed a specialist interest in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, post-surgical rehabilitation, fascial health and restorative body therapies, recognising the vital role these treatments play in supporting recovery, reducing swelling, improving mobility and enhancing overall wellbeing.
Her passion lies in understanding how the body’s systems work together. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, Martine takes a whole-body approach, considering posture, movement, lymphatic function, fascial restrictions and lifestyle factors to create personalised treatment plans that support long-term health and recovery.
Whether helping clients prepare for surgery, supporting post-operative healing, managing persistent tension or simply restoring balance to body and mind, every treatment is carefully tailored to the individual’s needs, goals and stage of recovery.
