Aftercare

Following treatment your skin may feel slightly more sensitive than usual.

For the first 24–48 hours we recommend:

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my facial hair grow back thicker?

No. Dermaplaning removes fine vellus hair from the skin’s surface but does not change the structure, colour or rate of hair growth. The hair will grow back exactly as it was before treatment.

Is dermaplaning painful?

No. Most clients describe the treatment as comfortable and relaxing, often comparing the sensation to a gentle brushing of the skin.

Is there any downtime?

Most clients experience little to no downtime. Mild redness may occur immediately after treatment but usually settles within a few hours.
